Founded the company in 1986, originally as a home based business. Gary was first certified in 1982 and quickly advanced within a Maryland company. Gary's industry training includes over 30 years of course work and licensing hours. Gary's primary duties include inspection services and supervisory administration. Accomplishments include advancing the company from a home based business, providing exceptional personal service, growing and maintaining client base and providing expert industry knowledge.
Donna M. Kirkendall - Operations Manager, Owner
Founded the company in part with Gary in 1986. Donna was first employed in the industry with a Maryland based company in 1984. Donna's industry training includes over 27 years of experience. Donna's primary duties include client liaison and staff coordination. Donna single handedly directs our entire operation while providing exceptional customer service. Accomplishments include advancing the company from a home based business and receiving the highest volume of praise and thank-yous from clients.
Christopher D. Kirkendall - Financial Operations, Owner
Son of Gary and Donna, after 10 years of resistance Chris joined the family business in 1998. In 2002 he gained his Certificate in Accounting from Harford Community College. Chris' primary duties include; Accounts Receivable and Payable, Tax and Liabilities, Licensure, Employee Benefits and Payroll. Accomplishments include advancing the company from paper to computer based systems and maintaining a strict budget.
